1. Отчёт о тренировке синхронизации тета-, альфа-, и гамма- ритмов во время трансцендендтальной медитации

After more than 70 whole brain training (TQ) sessions, this week I decided to try doing my 20 min of transcendental meditation combined with CON2C Sync Two-Band.Before, let me summarize a little how Transcendental Meditation (MT) works. For 20 mins, you close your eyes and say a mantra repeatedly in your mind, focusing your attention on this mantra to maintain a subtle thought.
During 14 months that I have been practicing MT, I decided to record the mantra with my voice so/because I do not get too far apart, which is why I listen to it in depth as I close my eyes.
Now, this week I decide to combine CON2C Sync Two-Band with MT with Theta, in 2 zones (O1 and O2 with CZ ground) and another day with (P3 and P4 CZ ground). For 20 mins I got 280 points on average with both sites/protocols.
When I finish, I felt that my MT/NF session increased my focus, concentration, and awareness by 50%.
My intention with this post is 2:
- Sharing my experience with you guys, because I believe in the power of the combination (Increase the compound effect), is my way of seeing it.
- Open a discussion of this topic, for all those who do MEDITATION (regardless of the type of meditation they do) and how we can improve this experience so that in this group, we all have a "peak mind", like Peter say!
I will be very attentive to this discussion, and if anyone wants to try it (combining CON2C Sync Two-Band with meditation) and share their experience, it would be very enriching for all ...
Pete
I don't know what a "better" meditative state would look like.In my experience, the ability to know yourself from within, to deal with daily life without wasting energy trying to control things that are outside your control, and to find the positive and faithful path are crucial. People who demonstrate those capabilities often show the alpha and gamma synchrony across the backs of their brains. They may also show them along the midline (the default-mode network).
However, I've seen for many years that simply training a brain already driven by specific habits to achieve those states can be as difficult as asking a horse to dance Swan Lake by giving him ballet slippers and playing the music in the background. If you have been able to release your existing patterns and ideally establish a new homeostasis in your brain--to discover what it feels like to be still and present and an observer, then those protocols can be very helpful. The idea of Whole-Brain training is that you practice them as a part of each circuit, while you are asking the brain to release the blocks it has built. You move toward them cycle-by-cycle. Then training them, one or both or those and others--whatever you choose--can help to improve your access and your ability to sustain the state.
